LG announced their Quick Window case for
their upcoming flagship in the LG G2.The Quick Window case for the LG G2 will
be available in seven different colors, including black, white, pink, purple,
blue, mint and yellow. The cases will be available simultaneously with the
launch of the LG G2.
While many will say it’s a copy of
Samsung’s Smart Cover. and rightfully so, I actually like the route LG took
with it as it doesn’t just show time and notifications but it actually has
different themes to what it shows (i.e. music widget theme, clock theme, etc.).
This includes time and weather info, music
currently playing, incoming calls and messages, and more. Company’s Quick Window
case for the LG G2 is a premium accessory meant to protect the device from both
sides without limiting its functionality. Featuring an opening on its flip
cover, it allows the user to view information displayed on the handset's screen
without having to lift the cover itself.
With only a light swipe of a finger, the
Quick Window UX will appear in the window which users can view while on the go.
An opening or “window” on
the cover of Quick Window allows users to glance at various information
displays without having to open the cover flap. Quick Window cover includes a
clock, weather report, alarm, music player, incoming phone call details and
incoming text messages.
