Adobe cyber attacks expose 2.9m customer's details


World's popular software company Adobe in Photoshop, Design, and Acrobat has been hacked by the sophisticated cyber attacks. Result of this cyber attack is exposure of customer information as well as source code for numerous Adobe products.

Security team of Adobe has investigated that the hackers have accessed the customer's Ids and encrypted passwords on the company's system. Hackers have access the 2.9 million Adobe customer’s names, encrypted credit or debit card numbers, expiration dates and other information relating to customer orders.

Next step of Adobe's Security team to protect themselves against potential misuse of their information. Company has also said that the hackers not take the decrypted credit or debit card numbers. Company is in the process of notifying customers whose credit or debit card information is believed to be involved in the incident.

Company also said that the whose credit or debit card information was involved in this attack company offered this customer for one-year complimentary credit monitoring membership.

Adobe have reset the customers passwords and recommending that customers to change their password on any websites in which customer have used the same user ID and password.
